Do you use LDAP and have active LDAP users who are disabled in JDE?
We have run into a bug in tools 9.2.0.x that when a disabled JDE user tries to log in using their perfectly valid LDAP credentials, they get a blank screen in their browser. At that point, they could not do anything with the browser except close it. In previous tools releases we used, the user would get a message that their ID was disabled. Oracle support has confirmed it is a bug in tools 9.2.0.x, but are not planning on fixing it in future tools releases since they feel that our situation is unique.
I wonder if others in the community have the situation where they have valid users in their directory, that aren't active in JDE? We discovered the bug when an inactive consultant's account was reactivated in the directory, but not in JDE. The first time that consultant logged in, they got the blank browser.
