no output when printing pdf for another PC

Dear all expert,

Good day!

I manage to reprint my pdf report using my laptop, however when I reprint the report using my colleague PC, there is blank pdf. I using different login and try, this only happened when using my colleague PC. Anyone have any idea about this? Kindly advise.
