Changing Power Connections for M3000

Hi,

We need to move a couple of M3000 servers from a rack with 5-15 receptacles (110V) to another rack with 6-20 receptacles (208V). When I looked up the M3000 docs, it says

Destination          Power Cord Type

Japan                NEMA 5-15 125V15A

North America      NEMA L6-15 250V15A

I am in US and I inherited the systems. I don't know why they have been connecting to 5-15 receptacles. My question is: If  I can find 6-20 power cables, can I plug in the M3000's with 6-20 power cables to the new rack's 6-20 receptacles?
