Installation issue OTM 6.4.1

Hello guys

I installed OTM 6.4.1 in a fresh installation. I had no issues during the installation.

In the Console and em, everything looks fine and working.

But, when I try to login into OTM,I got this message

Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.5 404 Not Found

I really believe, there is a /etc/hosts file issue, but I don't know how can I change it

Please, could someone help me to fix it?

ps: I added the file generated by qdlogs.pl script
