Solution needed for loading 100 records at a time in applet

Hi,

We are currently observing performance issues in My Team's Cases and My Team's task applet where at the moment roughly 3000-4000 records are getting loaded. This is causing applet to load slowly and this problem gets exaggerated when the concurrent users are logged in. We have analyzed the spooled sqls and its actually performing poor because of huge number of historic case/task records in the S_EVT_ACT and S_CASE tables. We are parallely working on solution to purge unnecessary hitoric records from tables which will bring down the total count but this will not be achievable in next couple of months.
