How to update P6 Professional Project using MS Project XML?

Hello,

I have a problem that when I export the project to MS Project XML file and send to the contractor to update, but when I import back using Update project option. All the activities will be duplicated with different Acitivity ID.

I'm using P6 Professional 16.1.5 and MS Project is version 2010. Is anyone have the solution?
