Siebel 8.1.1.5 User can not relogin
Our customer is complaining for not being able to Login in CTI Toolbar for 30 minutes.
Based on our analysis we have raised two issues:
- ResetActiveSessions functionality is not working properly. Sometimes is failing trying to Reset MaxCommToolbars Property in User Preferences spf file in siebelfs
- There are locking DB sessions. The blocking session is running the statement:
DELETE FROM SIEBEL.S_CM_USR_STATUS
