Unable to get OISP to work. Oracle 12c and ZS3-2

Hi all,

i followed the document "How to enable OISP" but was again unsuccessful to get OISP to work.
At least i am unsure if it works as i can not get the Analytics for NFSv4 (by Application-ID) to Show anything.

is active and working
