Element Link by Employee Category

Hello all.

We need to create a link by "Employee Category", from the assignment form.  There is the link by Employment Category, but the list of values to choose from is our Assignment Category.

Is there the ability to add the Employee Category to the link form?  Or another way to create this type of link?
