Tax code is not defaulting from Memo Line when the invoice imported by Auto Invoice

In R12.2.4,Tax code is not defaulting from Memo Line when the invoice imported by Auto Invoice. However, it is defaulting when the invoice being keyed in manually.

What could be the reason.

Taxable_flag is set to Y in interface table.
