Restore for DB Failed

Dear Team,

I had initiated the restore for my DB, where post restore , at the time of Opening the DB it failed with below mentioned error:

RMAN>

Starting recover at 09-SEP-16

allocated channel: ORA_DISK_1

channel ORA_DISK_1: SID=98 instance=OLTPEB1 device type=DISK

Finished recover at 09-SEP-16

RMAN>

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-03002: failure of alter db command at 09/09/2016 18:55:00

ORA-01194: file 1 needs more recovery to be consistent

ORA-01110: data file 1: '+DGDATA/oltpeb/datafile/system.dbf'

RMAN>

However when I am doing the list backupset, given file is appearing.

        Piece Name: /db_testbackup/rxc/oracle/bkup/PEB_BACKUPS/OLTPEB/Backup_31Aug_R20PD/OLTPEB_datafile_181_1.bak
