Changing sales/inventory cost from average to last (02 to 01)

Hi,

I have a requerimient to change the sales and inventory cost for all items from average cost to last purchase.

We are planning on changing both the unit cost and the calculation method either manually or by sql, but I'm not sure if we change something else, or be careful about something else along the way.

Is there any document related to this change?
