ACFS replication failing with ACFS-05065

We are trying to setup ACFS replication between our Production and Standby sites and we are seeing ACFS-05065 ORA-17628 errors in the log files when running 'acfsutil repl init primary'

Error message : 'acfsutil repl init: ACFS-05065: cannot transfer files to the standby file system '<mount>'

The standby ACFS filesystem remains in Initializing status.....

Anyone faced this before?
