Remit address blank on imported invoices

I have an issue where a customer is importing invoices and for some of them, specifically those which are non-UK addresses the remit-to address field on the created transactions is blank.  There are no AutoInvoice errors.

Has anyone experience of such an issue?  We are on version 12.1.3+ of EBS
