report failed with emsg:was terminated by signal 11

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

When try to run one of the request, it error out with emsg:was terminated by signal 11

I tried to search on the site. It all leads to some parameter regarding character set setting seems. But it was running fine before.

All other reports running fine. Only this one seems to be issue. TIC - Supply Chain Indented Bills of  Material Cost Report (This is one of our custom report.)

This report should product a text output. How can I go about investigate what may be the underlying issue? Please advise.
