what is the format for metareplace for SVM T4-2 server

I have a T4-2 server that uses SVM.  In the past I have used this format

metadevadm -u c#t#d#

But with the T4-2 server it uses WWN numbers for the SVM configuration and I am having a hard time finding info on the format for that command.

This is the current device relocation info, what is the format of the command please.
