Implemeting Purchasing Module Without Inventory Module

Hi Guys,

We have a requirement to implement purchasing module only (Without inventory) so what disadvantages going to be undertaken than going with inventory module.

Further, appreciate if you can name any limitations of implementing only purchasing module and financials.

Really appreciate your Recommendations and suggestions.
