Last Meter Reading Date Considered by PM Scheduler for suggesting the Next Work Order

Is the last meter reading date is considered by the PM Scheduler to suggest the next PM work order for meter based PM's instead of LSD (Last Service Date) info in the PM schedules?

Below is the Generate PM WO Log details

The date mentioned here 2016-09-05 is the last meter reading entered date and not the LSD in PM schedules through work order.
