Numbers dropping OUI 15.7

Hi All,

We are facing strange issue where in user has to enter number twice in order to make is appear it in UI.

e.g. if User enter 112, UI shows only 12. If user enters 345, it shows only 45.

This issue is not reproducible for all users. But this happens rarely and randomly in the application.

Anyone knows if this is an existing defect in OUI.
