Attachment icon options non-editable through Sales Order Header level

Hi Support,

Right now we are using sales order header attachments icon option for uploading documents.

Now there is an business requirement came that once the any document uploaded through attachment option at Sales Order header level. And sales order line status closed system should not allowed to edit the document uploaded through attachment options by the end use or key user.

Editable option should be allowed by Super user only.
