Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We want the superusers to be able to view the request log and output of the 'batch_user' jobs.

So, looking for a solution where superusers have access to view the request log and output of one other user 'batch_user'
