create container database failed when install Grid Infrastructure

Hello,

When install 12.1.0.2 Grid Infrastructure, as installer creates GIMR database, it failed with ORA-00449: background process 'MMON' unexpectedly terminated with error 448, Looks like a bug.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? And how to fix this?

This is for 12.1.0.2 on AIX 7.1 TL4 SP1 (or AIX 7.2 TL0), database shutdown fails with ORA-00449:
