What effect does the media-manager/anonymous-sdp setting have?

We have numerous TFN transfers and similar calls transiting our SBCs.  7.3.0 m1 code rev.  This setting is not consistent across the SBCs but I hesitate to change it without an understanding of what the allowed settings of enable/disable actually do.

If anonymous-sdp is set to disable, what happens to anonymous@sip.anonymous calls?

If anonymous-sdp is set to enable what happens?

I'd like any general discussion of the implications and as deep an analysis of effects as can be managed.
