Audit Table Error - APP-FND-00016: No Primary Key Information...

I am getting this error when running the AuditTrail Update Tables process.  I had accidentally removed the vendor_site_id from the table ap_supplier_sites_all but put it back immediately.  Now I can't seem to get past this error.  I followed some notes and tried a few things but am still getting this error.  Have I just hosed this beyond repair?
