Demantra v7.3.1 on windows server 2012 r2

We have Demantra v7.3.1 installed and running on 2 physical servers (IBM x3550) with Windows server 2003. We need to decommission the servers move Demantra to the virtual machines running Windows server 2012 R2.

Is Demantra v7.3.1 (analytical and simulation engines, disributed) supported on Windows server 2012 R2 with Oracle database 11g running on SunOS UNIX? Thanks for your answers.
