Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

I have a contract in the EBS system (12.2.4) MYC000123.

I want to search the contract in the forms by entering myc% but it is not returning any rows.

if I search the contract with MYC%, I get the above listed contract.

MY question here - The Contract Number filed is case sensitive??
