Bug in agentDeployPsExec.bat

I'm on windows 2012

EM 13.1.0.0.0

I'm trying to deploy an agent using PsExec instead of dealing with CygWin installations on all my hosts and I found a bug in agentDeployPsExec.bat.  Has anyone here used this successfully?

My image path is \ManagementAgentImage\13.1.0.0.0_AgentCore_233 and the batch file is looking for unzip.exe in \ManagementAgentImage.  So one level up.  And of course unzip.exe is not there.  The stupid EM utility put zip.exe there instead!  Anyway, that is really not the problem since I can just copy unzip.exe to this location (although I should not have to!).  The problem is that it's building an invalid path.  When I run it I get:
