Notes option is not enabled for usage contract lines but enabled for service lines
1. Login to 12.2.5 instance with user credentials.
2. Click on Service Contracts Manager, Vision Enterprises responsibility.
3. Click on Launchpad > Navigate to Contracts Navigator.
4. Select a contract from navigator and open it.
5. Go to Lines tab > Click on usage line
6. Go to Tools at top > Notes option is not enabled.
7. Click on Service line > Go to tools at top menu and see Notes option is enabled.
This used to work in 11i and 12.1.3 I believe then why does it not work in 12.2 ? Is that a bug or expected functionality?
