How to use the Business Objects of one type WMS Rules  in another Type?

Friends,

I see a potential usage of the business objects used in the restrictions,consistency and sorting tab of  one type of WMS rules in the other type. e.g "Purchase Order Header" object is available in the LOVs of Putaway rule's object but in the Label Format rule's object list. If this happens , may be the rules engine becomes more controlling over each and every object.
