Problem getting BI Publisher log files

Hello,

I encounter an issue in the pdf output for communcation, only when i use view pdf in the buy work center
The issue is on a 12.2.4 / ssl environmment

I wanted to follow this note PRINT PREVIEW PDF/XML OUTPUT MISSING LOGO IN AN SSL/DMZ ENVIRONMENT (Doc ID 763318.1)

However, i can't obtain the log files

In addition i tried to follow this note on a 12.1.3 environment :
R12 How To Generate The XML And OPP Debug Log For PO Output For Communication? (Doc ID 1401101.1)

but i can't get log files either.

For the alternate method :

i created resource and temp directories
