Tfactl Shows Tfa Not Running When Its Running

The issue with TFA here is same as the one described in the Doc ID 2122701.1 where, local nodes show TFA as Running while rest of the nodes show as Not Running on issuing the command:tfactl print status . However my customer is still facing the same issue even after following the solution mentioned in the note i.e updating the port. Re-install of TFA also did not help. Kindly assist.
