Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to assign root role for orarom user in SSC

Hi Experts,

I have to assign root role to orarom user which will be used by exacheck team to collect necessary information for patching.

Could some one help me to achieve this without putting it in /etc/sudoers file.

i have tried with rolemod but didn't find the output. I could see proper entry in /etc/user_attr also.
