Missing Journal Document Numbers

During stat audits, we have found two Journal document numbers to be missing in from the last FY sequence. These could be journals that were deleted by the user.

Is there a report in GL that list out the missing document number and details like who deleted it?

Surely there has to be a way to track back considering we have a report in AR "Audit Report by Document Number" that serves the same purpose.
