Getting irrelevent data using accounting flexfield Parameter in custom report

Dear All,

I am designing custom report and i follows some steps to define flexfield segment parameter in my custom report. I define same parameter, value sets as mention in account analysis report. So far, i am able to submit the report by entering accounting flexfield details but in the output side, i am getting irrelevant data which i have not required.

Ex:

This is below account segment i have entered in my report.

01.111110.00000.51.000.000.000.000  to 03.132112.10045.52.000.000.000.000.

here for segment1 i am getting range between 01 and 03 but the same is not synchronised with segment2.

If i say show me the value of 01 falls between range 11110 to 132112 only , but here it shows beyond 132112 till the end.
