Is there an easy way to prevent or stop cancellation of a punchout PO?

We've got one punchout supplier with very quick turnaround. As soon as they receive the PO, the picklist is printed in the warehouse and the order is shipped within a couple hours, sometimes arriving the same day.

We're looking to stop the cancellation of any PO's for this one vendor only. Is there something in the configuration for this one supplier that we could do to allow this or are we looking at a customization?
