Looking for a way to adjust sorting of move order lines appearing on mobile scanners (Oracle MSCA)

By default when picking for a move order via portable scanners in Oracle MSCA, the default ordering on the scanner is the move order line #.  For our warehouse, this is not efficient. and we need a way to re-order the move order lines (or have the scanner show the move order lines in a different order) so they can be picked in the order of our locators which flow "logically" through the warehouse.

Since it is probably not an easy task to have the mobile app pick in a different order, we thought there might be an API to just update the field LINE_NUMBER on MTL_TXN_REQUEST_LINES, but there does not seem to be a way to do this and we verified this via an SR.
