Warning Error 0681 - Rate Exceeds Tolerance Limit (P03103)

We have come across an issue in the P03103 Receipts Entry program of World A7.3 cum 11ish, where by the user attempts to change the exchange rate on an unposted transaction and receives the above subject error.

CAUSE . . . .  The rate entered exceeds the specified limit allowable for    

               entering or changing exchange rates.                          

                                                                             

RESOLUTION. .  Press Enter and the rate will be accepted or key in a new rate.

               The percentage tolerance limit is retrieved from the processing

               option for this program.                                     

Although the system says it is an warning only, when the user attempts to press forward, the original exchange rate reappears and doesn't allow the user to change it.
