ACA Corrections - Dependent Names

I am making corrections to my ACA files.  I need to update the last name of a dependent on the 1095C, but cannot find how to do this.  I am following the document 2162282.1 for making corrections, but I can only make SSN or DOB changes.  Is there a way to correct the last name of a dependent?
