Endeca redirection not working after EBS integration

Our EBS R12.2.4 instance has been integrated with Endeca and the profile: FND: Endeca Portal URL updated to the ebs url/endeca. But the endeca URL for EBS is not working after the integration. I checked the endeca.conf file, it is available in the EBS OHS config folder. Please advice.
