Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have bought an asset in the month of April -2016 with a cost of $15000.00

We found that there was some defect which we already rectify by consulting the other supplier.

Question here is , We contacted the Original Supplier and they are ready to provide a refund of $3000.00

We spent $ 500.00 to the External Vendor to rectify the problem.

I know we cant able to Integrate FA and AR .

Is there any other way that we can integrate this data like reducing the asset cost from 15000 - 3000 + 500 = 12500 ?
