Territory Management WebADI Error

For historical reporting, we keep end dated resources in service territories.  We're currently going through a territory restructure, and using WebADI to do this.  We're finding that when uploading our changes, the end dated resources error with a "Enter a Col2 value" message.  We verified that the resource start and end dates are within the territory dates, and we can add the resource manually in the Territory Manager screen.  What is the Col2 value?
