SOLEVD - Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4 EPMA enabled - Member Formula prevents deployment of migrated ap

We migrated the Planning application using LCM to a new environment. Everything looked fine but after the initial deployment the subsequent deployments fail with the following errors in 4 of the Workforce Planning members:

Verify Outline failed with the following errors:

    Error [1200472] detected in member formula for member "Rec. Bonus %".

    Error [1200472] detected in member formula for member "SUI Rate".

    Error [1200472] detected in member formula for member "SUI Cap".

    Error [1200472] detected in member formula for member "Intl Tax Rate".

An Exception occurred during Application deployment.: Unable to load the following resource: %RESOURCE_NAME%

The formulas validate correctly in EAS!

This does not seem to be related to the Plan Type assignment of members within the formula. Every member in the formula is valid in WFP. Plus the same formula deploys without issues in the other environment.
