Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

ontd0060.sql script taking long time while applying RPC5 patch 22644544

Hi,

I'm upgrading database from 9.2.0.6 to 11.2.0.4 and applications from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3+.

After 12.1.3, we applied the Recommended Patch Collection 5 (RPC5) from the Doc ID 2152266.1.

While applying RPC5, one script ontd0060.sql is taking 3hr 15mins to complete. Total RPC5 taking 9Hrs to complete.

How to reduce the time for RPC5?
