Account alias issue for IB trackable item

Hello,

When we do an account alias issue for an IB trackable item which resides in inventory org and in a particular subinventory. See that IB status is going to expired status and on-hand reduced.. But in the IB page location tab under Current Location section see that

Type: Inventory

Organization Name : Inventory Org

Subinventory Name :  Subinventory from where item is issued out.

Is the above intended behavior. When we do account alias issue shouldn't Type says Out of enterprise and subinventory name field  blank as item is issued out of stores.

Any insight on the above is highly appreciated
