Migrating Siebel Enterprise from Windows 32-bit physical server to 64-bit Virtual server.

Hello,

We have Siebel 8.1.1.9 enterprise setup for customer on Windows Server 2008 R2 (32-bit) platform for Siebel servers. Customer wishes to migrate servers from 32 bit physical servers to 64 bit Virtual Machine. Will same old Siebel Server installable work on new 64 bit VMs? And are there any guidelines by Oracle for similar migration?
