CRM Desktop Questions
We are currently using CRM Desktop Lite. However, we will soon be migrating from MS Outlook to Office 365. I was informed by our customer success manager that Desktop Lite (or even Desktop Full) will not be compatible with O365.
Questions:
(1) Is there anyone using Desktop Lite? How was your experience?
(2) Is Desktop Full any better? I heard from other users in our sister company that it is hard to configure and needs someone who has programming knowledge (but it also takes a lot of efforts compared to their expectations that it is "plug and play").
(3) Is there any tool in the market that can do the job of CRM Desktop (integration between MS Outlook/O365 and CRMOD by doing the records in MSOutlook or O365)?
