Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Discounted price not reflected on ship line in depot repair

Hi,

We are using discount modifier , which automatically get applied on respective price list used in ship line.

Qualifier used are order type and customer profile

We observed that after 12.2.4 Upgrade , system only show basic price and not the discounted price.

How to fix that issue. Please guide
