Correct UBE sequence for partial completions

We have configured items and someones customers order >1 qty. When this happens this production will sometimes do partials completions.

what is correct order and when should we be running R31802A and R31804 for partial completions in order to capture variances correctly?

In my head we should run Variance after each completion but thats doing something crazy variance accounting(Doc ID 642828.1) i think we need to run some restatement ube if we do this?

Should we wait until the work order is complete?
