How to identify if the OAF page is locked by oracle or partially shared

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi Gurus

I have requirement to customize OAF page  but I am not able to find right controller and page to extend it. Is there any way we can find if the page is partially shared or locked by oracle  and not allowed customization on the particular page ?

The page navigation as flows:

Project Super User -->Projects Delivery --> Projects Sets >click update project set pencil for any project set > Add project to Project Set Button > Advanced Search Button

Business is asking to add more fields on  Advanced Search Page dynamic drop down list

any help is appreciated.
