ScrollFlush error on Vendor Select in eProcurement requisitions

We're encountering a similar issue to Bug 23126401 for some users when selecting supplier from requisition settings. This big id reports as closed not a bug fixed in PeopleSoft, however, in release notes up to 9.2.020 I can find no reference to the bug id or description and the bug shows no fixed in release version.

User selects requisition settings, searches for a supplier, clicks on one and PS Crashes example of server log related:

  1. PSAPPSRV.31989 (15) [2016-09-15T10:53:59.267 TCSR582@10.254.251.240 (IE 11.0; WIN7)
    ICPanel] KAiJUAqXFOHMaw 79366703055779 TCSR582 (0) ScrollFlush in program
    PV_VNDR_SELECT.VENDOR_ID.FieldChange flushes current or parent scroll
